Although this tour is recommended for the entire family including adults and children, the minimum age allowed is four years old. Guests must be able to walk without assistance and weigh less than 120 Kg/250 lbs. Before taking this tour of underground routes, we ask that you store the following items inside the lockers: hats, glasses, sandals that are not secured at the ankle, watches, jewelry that could get tangled or fall off, cameras or video cameras, band-aids, backpacks and handbags. RecommendationsWe recommend that you reserve space ahead of time, either through our call center or by making reservations online. We suggest that you wear clothes that are comfortable for walking in the jungle; you should wear a short sleeve t-shirt with your swimming suit underneath, and bring along extra clothes to change into later. We recommend that you bring extra cash and/or a credit card for purchasing extra food, souvenirs, photos, CDs or other items inside the nature reserve. It is important that you arrive at least 20 minutes before your program begins. “one of the best attractions I have ever gone on” Rio Secreto is a tour of cenotes where you walk, flost and swim through the caves. All the equipment is supplied - helmet, wetsuit, swimshoes & a walking stick if you need it.. You are not allowed to bring a camera but they take pictures for you.
